How the estimate works
Lost revenue per day = calls per day × share unanswered × share that wanted a tee time × share who book elsewhere × players per booking × average green fee. Monthly uses 30 open days; seasonal uses your days open. It counts only green fees: no cart upsell, food and beverage, lessons or repeat visits, so it's conservative.
The defaults are placeholders, not industry figures. Replace them with your own: your phone provider's call log shows total and missed calls, and a week of tallying at the counter tells you how many calls are about booking.
What to do with the number
For comparison, one weekend foursome at a $62 rate is $248 in green fees. Two of those a month is $496, more than Tee Line Starter's $399.
